Pauline And Bunnie Jones CAO Scholarship And NUIG Excellence Award For CCS Student.
Ronan Tumbek (Leaving Cert Class 2021) who received the Pauline & Bunnie Jones Scholarship in University Galway recently pictured with members of the Jones family including Pauline Jones and Ann Marie Quinn, Guidance Counsellor.
CCS extends congratulations to Ronan Tumbek, Leaving Cert Class 2021, who was awarded the Pauline & Bunnie Jones Scholarship from University of Galway at the 2021-2022 Excellence Scholarship Celebration recently. The ‘Pauline & Bunnie Jones Scholarship’ was established to promote excellence and celebrate academic achievement in secondary schools in Co. Roscommon. The Jones Family is the benefactor of this scholarship which has been awarded through Galway University Foundation. The value is of the scholarship is €2,500 per student per annum for the first 4 years of study (total value of €10,000 per student). This very prestigious award, is awarded based on receiving the highest Leaving Certificate scores achieved in any one year in Co Roscommon. All at CCS are very proud of Ronan, it is a wonderful achievement.
