Double Basketball win for CCS
CCS had a double win in the league final, this week, with 1st and 2nd Year boys coming out victorious against An Spidéal, Merlin College and St. Raphael, in Ballinfoyle Neighbourhood Centre. The first years’ final score in the league final was 18-26.
An excellent performance was shown by both first and second year teams and they well deserved this success.
Dara Curran captained the first year team and Kevin Hester was the captain of the second year team. Both teams play Ballyhaunis Community School in the coming weeks.
Many thanks to Michaela Dowd and Katie Freeman (TY) for taking on the role of table officials for the duration of the day.
